Lime is one of my favorite citrus essential oils. It smells and tastes just like a peel of the lime. Lime has always been very refreshing for me and makes me happy all the way inside. ☺️
Cold-pressed from the peel of fresh limes, dōTERRA® Lime essential oil is refreshing and energizing in both aroma and taste.
Due to its high limonene content, Lime provides internal cleansing benefits* and can be diffused to help purify the air. It’s also an effective and natural surface cleaner. Lime is known for its ability to uplift, balance, and energize. Lime is frequently used in facial and body cleansers for its purifying properties and uplifting scent.

I’ve also used it in a vanilla-bean yogurt dip. Take a small bowl of vanilla-bean yogurt and add 1-2 drops of the Lime oil. Mix and dip your favorite snack/fruit in and enjoy!! I love dipping fresh strawberries in it …sweet, tart and refreshing! ☺️
